I burned the DVD movie onto the DVDR. It works fine on computer, but I unable to run it on the DVD Player.
Not all DVD players can read recorded DVD discs. The basic problem is that recordable DVD discs have different reflectivity than pressed DVD discs (DVD-ROM). Very roughly, DVD-R and DVD+R discs work in about 85% of existing drives and players, while DVD-RW and DVD+RW discs work in around 80%. The situation is steadily improving. In another few years compatibility problems will mostly be behind us, just as with CD-R (did you know that early CD-R had all kinds of compatibility problems?).

There is a error message "Can not authorize the DVD, please play it with your software DVD player at first......" when copying.
Some DVD writers do not support the direct authentification of a DVD. In these cases your DVD has to be started by a software DVD player (WinDVD, PowerDVD or others) at first. Only a couple of seconds will do just fine.

Why the copying preview player is rather small and punch-drunk?
Since it is NOT a player and the preview window ONLY serves as an indicator where the copying process currently is, we have implemented a small preview window. This allows us to speed up the conversion process; on some system the process would be significantly lower.

My DVD drive is a DVD writer. After the copying from DVD disc or burning to DVDR disc is done, I can not restart copying and burning.
In certain cases, some DVD writer do not change back to the "Ready" state after copying or burning is done. If that happens the computer needs to be restarted after the copying or burning of large amounts of data (DVD).

My Intel Active Monitor alarms constantly when copying from DVD disc.
Our DVD copying engine has been optimized specially for Intel and AMD CPU to make high speed copying. High speed copying will handle more CPU resource and maybe cause your CPU monitor software alarms. Just disable the monitor software. This is HARMLESS for your computer.
